Your items will arrive in our lovely signature drawstring bags so you can store it with care.

We ship from Sydney to virtually anywhere in Australia!  Sorry, no international deliveries at this stage.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide, so the more you buy the better value you receive.

Your items will be trackable via either Australia Post or Fastway.

Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. If you have not received your delivery in that time please contact us at shop@zatini.com.au

We do not take responsibility for late deliveries that are out of our control due to transport complications, strikes, natural disasters, etc.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with the jewellery that you purchased from this website, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact shop@zatini.com.au immediately to organise the return and refund.

You will need to provide proof of purchase from this website. The items must be returned unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. Return postage will be at your expense. Please ensure the items are sufficiently secured to minimize damage in transit.

Please allow up to 7 days to process the refund once we have received the jewellery.

You may prefer to exchange it for another item and the price difference will either be credited or charged accordingly.

There is no exchange or refund on sale items if you change your mind.

Please note, we cannot return or exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If you purchased your Zatini item from a different retailer please contact them directly.

In the event that your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, an item is missing or you received the wrong item, please contact us at shop@zatini.com.au to organize a replacement quick smart. If a replacement is not available then we will offer a full refund or you can exchange it for another item and the price difference will either be credited or charged accordingly.
